Passion Studios is seeking a Backend Manager
Your Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Training
- Onboard new team members within 7 days and provide clear training
- Support creators with brand guidelines and tailored feedback
- Train creators on TikTok to ensure high-quality content within the first week
- Assess each creator’s strengths and weaknesses to improve workflow
Strategy & Optimization
- Analyze and optimize current strategies and creator performance
- Implement improvements in content, promotion, and engagement tactics
- Aim for 5%+ growth in Revenue, engagement, and subscriptions every two weeks
- Monitor progress and provide continuous feedback
Team Supervision & Accountability
- Oversee supervisors and ensure tasks are completed correctly
- Provide coaching and feedback where needed
- Approve optimization initiatives before rollout
- Ensure fair and effective allocation of tasks
Communication & Reporting
- Run 1:1 calls with supervisors to maintain clear communication
- Lead team calls to align on progress, goals, and projects
- Provide research, routine checks, opportunities, and action plans
- Suggest and propose improvements to management
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in account management or team leadership is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a remote, international environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
What We Offer
- Full-time role (8 hours per day, 5–6 days per week)
- Competitive fixed salary progression:
- Month 1: USD 1,000
- Month 2: USD 1,250
- Month 3 and onwards: USD 1500
- Additional performance bonuses, with total monthly earnings of USD 2,000–2,500+ achievable
