THE ROLE
We need a Talent Acquisition Lead to own the full pipeline - from sourcing job-seekers to converting them into active platform workers. You'll start in a high efficiency small team. Strong path to C-level for the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Source and convert job-seekers: Build pipelines through outreach campaigns (calls, texts, social), job fairs, university partnerships, and industry networks
• Screen and onboard candidates: Conduct interviews, filter for quality, and activate workers on the platform
• Manage the database: Track leads and workers in AirTable/CRM, optimize conversion funnels
• Iterate on strategy: Work directly with founders to test new channels & refine tactics

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment - hospitality, retail, call centers, gig platforms, or similarly fast-moving environments
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with AirTable, Notion, email automation, CRMs
• Entrepreneurial: you experiment, iterate, and don't need a playbook handed to you
• Confident communicator: public speaking, cold calling, and 1-on-1 engagement don't phase you
• Hustler mentality: ambitious, persistent, energetic

BONUS POINTS

• Worked in hospitality/retail and have a network in Tbilisi
• Previous startup experience, especially in operations or recruitment roles
• Cold calling or sales experience
• Recruited for companies with high employee churn
