ASVLA is happy to announce that we are looking for a smart and detailed-oriented risks and payments officer to join our team.
Main responsibilities are:
- Manage the payment cycle including issuing payments and resolving exceptions using accepted payment methods
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve payment issues in an accurate and a timely manner.
- Gather and check the required documentation for compliance according company’s KYC procedure.
- Ability to assist with technical issues such as account verification, deposit and withdraw processing issues.
- Performing initial investigations and prepare fraud reports.
- Ensure the proper operation of integrity of interactive gaming and review all reports of suspicious behaviour and immediately notify responsible parties upon detecting any illegal activities.
Main requirements for this role are:
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in a related field is required
- Fluent in Georgian & Good English knowledge;
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and a quick learner of new software.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle data responsibly.
- Experience in the Online Gaming or in banking industry is an advantage.
Additional details:
- Working hours: Rolling shifts with 2 hours break: 09:00-21:00 /13:00-00:01 / 21:00-09:00;
