York Towers is looking for a Cost Estimator to join our Project Delivery Department. This role is essential to ensuring that all ongoing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for accurate budgeting, cost analysis, and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction and renovation works.
• Develop, review, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs to support financial planning.
• Conduct price comparisons and cost analyses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Review and validate proposals, quotations, and cost submissions from contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor budgets on a daily basis and identify potential risks early.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost alignment throughout the project.
• Provide cost-related insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure all cost estimates and financial documents comply with internal standards and project requirements.
• Support the department in maintaining financial discipline, project timelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cost Estimator in construction or real estate development
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and pricing
• Proficiency in estimation software, MS Excel, and related tools
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
