Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management in the banking or financial sector.
Practical experience:
- selection of management and key personnel;
- support for employee relocation;
- formation of the organizational structure.
Participation in projects:
- launch of new divisions;
- scaling teams;
- implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Understanding the principles:
- corporate governance;
- personnel performance assessments;
- motivation and retention systems for key employees.
Experience of interaction with:
- external consultants;
- local providers of HR services.
- Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
