Experience in preparing analytical and methodological materials for:
In-depth understanding of requirements related to:

- At least 5 years of experience in banking risk management.
- Practical experience in managing: credit risks, market risks, operational risks, liquidity risks, regulatory risks.
Participation in development and implementation:
- risk management policies and procedures;
- limit system;
- internal control systems.
Experience in preparing analytical and methodological materials for:
- regulatory authorities;
- management bodies of the bank;
- specialized committees.
In-depth understanding of requirements related to:
- capital adequacy;
- calculation of risk-weighted assets;
- internal capital adequacy assessment process;
- stress testing.
- understanding of the specific risks associated with digital business.
