Role Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis across multiple countries within the Group. The role is primarily based in Georgia and involves close collaboration with local accountants in all operating jurisdictions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate IFRS-compliant reporting, strong financial control, and high-quality financial analysis to support management decision-making.

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis across multiple countries within the Group. The role is primarily based in Georgia and involves close collaboration with local accountants in all operating jurisdictions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate IFRS-compliant reporting, strong financial control, and high-quality financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for all entities
- Perform group consolidation and build financial statements based on accounting records
- Prepare and support IFRS-compliant reporting, including adjustments and reconciliations
- Coordinate with local accountants in all countries on month-end closing, corrections, and accounting matters
- Monitor and control intercompany transactions, balances, and reconciliations
- Perform financial analysis, including profitability analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis
- Support financial forecasts, projections, and cash flow analysis processes
- Prepare various management and ad-hoc financial reports for senior management
- Support the implementation and improvement of financial processes, controls, and reporting standards at group level
- Assist the CFO with analytical support, presentations, and strategic finance initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, audit, or group reporting
- knowledge of IFRS and financial statement structure
- Practical experience working with accounting records and month-end closing processes
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills (financial models, pivot tables, formulas);
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and structured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-country teams
