Purpose:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the airline’s marketing and brand strategy to support commercial objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The role plays a key part in supporting revenue growth through effective communication, campaigns, and market positioning
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the airline’s overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support route launches, sales initiatives, and commercial goals.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Coordinate branding, visual identity, and tone of voice across all communication channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, and external partners.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
- Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, promotional content, and corporate communications.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing roles, preferably within aviation, travel, or service-oriented industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Georgian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
