We are a construction and development company operating in (insert region name, e.g., Saguramo, Tbilisi, Gardabani), currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Architect with Expertise in Georgian Municipal Regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Handling paperwork and obtaining construction permits from municipalities and related authorities
- Managing land subdivision procedures and coordinating with the land registry and survey offices
- Providing daily support to the construction team and ensuring workflow coordination
- Preparing administrative reports and documentation for ongoing projects
- Occasional site visits to monitor project status and follow up on administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Georgian (knowledge of Turkish or English is a plus)
- Familiarity with municipal procedures, land documentation, and construction-related permits in Georgia
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow up with government departments
- Prior experience in construction, real estate, or urban planning is a plus
- Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
