Gudauri Lodge is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Waiter/Waitress.
Location: Gudauri
Reports to: F&B Manager / F&B Service Manager

Compensation and Benefits: Seasonal Salary - 1, 300 Gel (NET) . Living and meal will be provided

MAIN DUTIES

Greet and escort guests to their tables
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
Inform customers about the day`s specials
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Check customer satisfaction throughout the meal
Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software
Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
Deliver checks and collect bill payments
To train new associates on F&B product knowledge & Up Sale skills to create excellent service performance
