We are looking for an outgoing, motivated and reliable person to help grow our sales and lettings business position: Real Estate Agent.

Your role

• Win property owners and brokerage mandates through calls, networking and referrals.
• Find buyers and tenants, conduct viewings and support negotiations.
• Prepare property listings and brochures using our templates.
• Maintain client relationships and accurate CRM records.
• Identify opportunities for our own investments.
• Build relationships and a network with buyers, investors and tenants, understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties.

What you bring

• Fluent Georgian and strong English and Russian.
• Confidence approaching people, making cold calls and selling.
• Local knowledge of Tbilisi and enthusiasm for real estate.
• Initiative, integrity and a professional, friendly manner.
• Microsoft Office skills and availability for appointments across the city.
• Experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.
