InXpress is seeking a Sales Support Assistant

Remote · Full-Time · UK–Georgia Team

We're looking for a sharp, organised, and ambitious Sales Support Assistant to join a fast-moving international logistics business. You'll work directly alongside senior Account Managers in the UK, helping them move faster, sell more, and serve customers better — and you'll be backed by a Georgia-based customer service team and an English-Georgian leadership group that wants to see you grow.

This is a genuine career opportunity, not just a task list. You'll start by mastering the fundamentals, and as your skills develop, you'll take on more responsibility, more autonomy, and a clear path to higher pay and bigger bonuses.

What You'll Be Doing
  • As the right-hand support for our Account Managers, you'll help keep deals, conversations, and customer relationships moving smoothly. Your role will grow over time, but day one onward you'll be involved in:
  • Communication support — drafting and managing emails, handling routine customer queries with confidence, and knowing when to bring in the right specialist for anything more complex
  • Proposal and presentation preparation — building polished, customer-ready proposals and pricing presentations that are tailored, professional, and ready to send
  • CRM management — keeping pipelines clean and up to date in HubSpot, tracking deals, setting follow-ups, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Coordination with the customer service team — helping route work to the right people and keeping things running efficiently
  • Supporting the wider sales process — from pricing support to day-to-day organisation that helps the team perform at its best

As you settle in and prove yourself, you'll naturally pick up more — and with more responsibility comes a stronger reward structure, including performance bonuses and a clear route to a higher salary band.

What We're Looking For
  • Excellent written and spoken English — clear, professional, and confident communication is essential
  • Strong IT skills and comfort learning new software and systems quickly
  • The ability to stay calm, organised, and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • A genuine team player — someone who supports colleagues and communicates proactively
  • Sharp attention to detail and a self-starting, can-do attitude
  • No specific industry experience required — we'll train you on everything role-specific; what matters most is your attitude, adaptability, and drive to grow

Why Join Us
  • Fully remote role with a stable, full-time position
  • Work directly with a UK account management team and a Georgia-based operations and customer service team
  • Real opportunity for growth — your responsibilities, salary, and bonus potential expand as you develop
  • Supportive, international team with English-Georgian leadership invested in your progress
  • Be part of a business that's investing in people, not just headcount
