Among its distinguished outlets is Ensemble, our authentic Chinese Restaurant, renowned for its exceptional cuisine and high-quality service.
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our Chinese Restaurant "Ensemble".

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of Chinese Restaurant "Ensemble"
- Ensure excellent guest service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Monitor food and beverage quality standards and maintain consistency
- Organize staff schedules and supervise daily shifts
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate restaurant team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement needs
- Control operational costs and minimize waste
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports
- Develop and implement promotional activities and special events to increase restaurant visibility
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to attract new guests through social media and promotional campaigns
- Train new employees and continuously develop the service standards of existing staff
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Previous experience in Asian or Chinese cuisine restaurants will be considered a strong advantage
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, including Micros and Materials Control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Strong financial and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
