Who We’re Looking For:
Episode Hotels is looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
This role is perfect for someone studying marketing who wants to build real-world experience, develop creative skills, and work on exciting projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing digital and offline marketing strategies
- Social Media – Content creation, posting, and community engagement
- Print Materials – Support design and in-hotel branding
- Cross-Department Collaboration – Work with Operations, Sales, and F&B teams
- Influencer Partnerships – Help collaborate with content creators and influencers
- Support campaign execution, research trends, and generate new ideas
Essential Requirements:
- English proficiency (B2 or above)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing trends and platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Meta tools) and ability to use them to enhance marketing performance
- Meta & Google Ads knowledge is a plus
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset and curiosity for new ideas
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to represent the brand and build relationships
- Good organizational and research skills
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or related fields are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required
