This role is focused on ensuring seamless execution, cross-functional alignment, and full visibility of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will act as a central operational link between marketing, sales, and external partners, taking ownership of day-to-day marketing processes and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Lead coordination of marketing campaigns across internal teams and external partners
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Lead to align on timelines, assets, and priorities
- Oversee timely delivery of all campaign materials (creatives, copy, landing pages)
- Support campaign launches and monitor execution flow
Note: Performance marketing strategy and execution are led by the Digital Marketing Lead. This role ensures alignment and delivery.
Content & Creative Management
- Manage the production of marketing materials (social media, banners, videos, presentations)
- Coordinate communication with designers, copywriters, and agencies
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and premium positioning
- Maintain consistency across all communication channels
Lead Flow & Sales Coordination
- Monitor incoming leads across channels
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead handling and feedback loops
- Identify gaps in lead quality or communication and escalate when needed
Website & Landing Page Management
- Manage updates to website content and landing pages
- Upload and adjust offers, texts, and visuals
- Work with developers and the Digital Marketing Lead to improve conversion performance
Analytics & Reporting
- Consolidate marketing data from multiple channels
- Prepare structured reports on leads, campaigns, and performance trends
- Support data-driven decision-making through clear and actionable insights
PR & Platform Coordination
- Coordinate media placements and external communications
- Support relationships with online platforms and real estate portals
- Ensure timely delivery of materials for publications
Additional Responsibility
Act as a key operational link between the Head of Marketing, sales team, and external partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or project coordination roles
- Experience working with digital marketing teams (understanding of Meta and Google environments)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury segments is a strong advantage
Languages
- Georgian – fluent
- English – fluent
- Russian – full professional proficiency
