Role Main Responsibilities

• Take in-room dining orders via phone or system accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly
• Set up trays/tables according to hotel standards
• Explain menu items and respond to guest requests politely
• Ensure order accuracy and presentation quality
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols
• Fulfills any other tasks (within the scope of responsibility) assigned by the Management

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
• Good verbal communication skills in English, Georgian and preferably another international language.
• Can multi-task, is team oriented
• Attention to details.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
• Experience of working in International Environment preferable
