CityPay.io is looking for a result-oriented, analytically-minded Marketing Manager to join our team. Your primary objective will be to accelerate the company’s growth trajectory through data-driven strategies and robust Affiliate marketing management.
We are seeking a professional who can translate complex data points into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Marketing: Develop and execute the affiliate program strategy.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with new and existing partners to drive high-quality traffic.
• Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of marketing campaign performance.
• Monitor user behavior and optimize the conversion funnel.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Formulate marketing plans and allocate budgets based strictly on data insights and empirical evidence.
• Performance Management: Track and optimize key metrics (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and CR. Provide regular reports to senior management.
• A/B Testing: Implement continuous testing across various channels and landing pages to maximize ROI.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in Fintech, Crypto, or SaaS).
• Proven track record in Affiliate Marketing and experience with various commission models (CPA, CPL, RevShare).
• Strong expertise in Data Analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Fluency in English (as it is the primary professional language for reporting and operations).
