English-speaking Sales Representative (Phone Sales)
We are seeking a results-driven and empathetic English-speaking Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on guiding customers through the buying journey, answering product-related questions, and converting warm and inbound leads into happy ELEHEAR customers through phone-based consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and warm leads through phone calls into completed purchases using a consultative sales approach.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and recommend the best product solution, explaining features, differences between models, and expected outcomes.
- Follow up by phone with warm leads such as abandoned checkout, consultation requests, and customers who asked for recommendations but did not purchase.
- Handle sales objections professionally (price, usability, tech concerns, fit, support), using approved scripts while staying natural and helpful.
- Support customers through the checkout process and ensure correct order setup (shipping details, bundles, accessories, promotions), reducing cancellation and return risk.
- Coordinate with Customer Support to ensure a smooth handoff for post-purchase needs and contribute to improving phone scripts, FAQs, and customer-facing messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and outcomes in internal systems, ensuring clear tracking and reporting.
- Collect insights from phone conversations and share patterns with the team (common objections, feature requests, competitor mentions).
- Meet weekly and monthly performance targets (for example call volume, conversion rate, revenue, follow-up completion).
Qualifications
- Proficient in English for professional communication (C1).
- 1+ year experience in phone sales, inside sales, or consultative customer-facing roles (ecommerce, consumer electronics, medical devices, or subscriptions is a plus).
- Comfortable using tools such as Shopify, Zendesk, and Aircall (CRM experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset, especially when speaking with older customers.
- Confident handling objections, staying calm under pressure, and driving conversations toward clear next steps.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and consistent in follow-up.
- Hearing care, audiology, or hearing aid experience is a plus but not required (training will be provided).

- Net salary of 2,400 GEL per month for a full-time role, plus an attractive bonus system of $5 to $10 for each closed sale.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, which is 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Tbilisi time.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
- Office location: 17A University Street, Tbilisi.
