A vacancy has been announced for the position of Customer Support Specialist.
Overview:
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and creative individual to support tenant communications, lead management, and social media marketing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth interactions with prospective and current tenants while helping us grow our online presence and strengthen our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Communication & Lead Management
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from prospective tenants on HousingAnywhere, Kleinanzeigen, and WG-Gesucht.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with current tenants, handling emails and requests efficiently.
- Follow up with potential tenants after viewings and ensure all enquiries are managed effectively.
- Organise tenant and lead information, update records regularly, and send reminders as needed.
Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Post updates, share daily stories, and produce reels/videos to increase reach and engagement.
- Respond to emails from prospective and current tenants.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help build a strong online community.
- Promote available rooms and apartments with accurate, appealing online listings.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective tenants.
Organisation & Team Collaboration
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating viewings for prospective tenants.
- Prepare and distribute mailouts, reminders, and announcements to tenants.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve communication processes, marketing efforts, and social media strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English communication skills; Russian is a plus.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and social media trends.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
