A newly well-established U.S.-based Freight Brokerage Company United Transport is seeking an experienced Brokerage Manager to join our team in Yerevan.
This is a full-time, office-based position for professionals who have prior experience in U.S. freight brokerage and are ready to lead and manage a team.
Working hours: 16:30 – 02:00 (Yerevan time), Monday – Friday
Location: Yerevan, Armenia (Office-based only)

- Coordinate daily brokerage operations and ensure smooth workflow;
- Monitor performance, productivity, and deal execution;
- Support brokers with negotiations, problem-solving, and load management;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. brokerage standards;
- Maintain strong communication with carriers and customers.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience working as a Freight Broker (U.S. market)
- Proven experience managing or leading a brokerage team
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
- Strong understanding of U.S. freight brokerage operations
- Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Compensation:
Base + performance-based percentage (monthly)
