Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Point of Sales systems
- Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Manage relations with Visa/ Master Card and other schemes
- Manage Relations with processing centers
- Ensure that all Visa/ MasterCard/ other Rules for Chargebacks and Settlements are tracked and implemented timely
- Prepare Statistical/analytical reports
- Maintain relevant MIS and report in a periodic basis
- Ensure Compliance (Internal, Regulator and Visa/ MasterCard) and Audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience years of work experience in relevant in POS services or business environments, implementing POS applications
- Graduate Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems/Computer science or relevant field;
- Fluent English;
