One Development is seeking a SMM Manager / Reels Maker
Salary: from 1,500 GEL net per month
Experience: 1–3 years
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: 5/2
Working hours: 8 hours per day
Work format: On-site and field work
One Development is a lifestyle real estate developer based in Batumi. We’re currently expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative and experienced SMM Specialist / Reels Maker to strengthen our social media presence and bring our projects to life through bold, engaging video content.

Key responsibilities:
- Shooting and editing Reels and short-form videos for social media
- Writing video scripts and developing storytelling for different content formats
- Developing and executing an SMM strategy to increase brand awareness
- Publishing photo, video, and text content across platforms
- Managing company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engaging with the audience: responding to comments and messages, running polls and interactions
- Analyzing content performance and ad campaigns, preparing reports
- Monitoring trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in SMM (experience in real estate or construction is a plus)
- Strong skills in video shooting and editing; understanding of Reels trends and formats
- Experience writing scripts for social media videos
- Ability to work with visual content; basic graphic editing skills
- Confident use of AI tools for content creation and optimization
- Strong written communication skills and creativity
- Excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a results-driven approach
- Analytical skills: ability to interpret metrics and prepare reports
- Knowledge of Georgian is an advantage
