Position Overview:
The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for selling residential and commercial properties, managing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell real estate properties
- Communicate with potential clients and provide consultations
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
- Manage and update client database
- Achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales (real estate experience is a must)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Georgian, English and Russian
- Result-oriented mindset
- High sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of MS Office
