About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and responsible ABA Instructor to work with children with developmental delays and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
The ABA Instructor will implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the daily supervision of qualified supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA programs and behavior intervention plans
- Conduct 1:1 and small group sessions with children
- Collect accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies
- Follow treatment plans and session protocols consistently
- Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, and parents
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
- Prepare session materials and maintain therapy documentation
- Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field (preferred)
- ABA training or willingness to complete training
- Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disorders is an advantage
- Fluent knowledge of Georgian and Russian is a must
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and accept feedback
- Basic data collection and documentation skills
