This Vacancy is onsite in Batumi.
About the profile
We’re looking for an IT Network Engineer to join our Enterprise IT team and take an active role in managing and maintaining enterprise network environments.
This position is ideal for someone with proven experience supporting enterprise networking, who enjoys solving technical issues, keeping systems running reliably, and taking part in network improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN systems.
- Troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless components.
- Assist with firewall and security policy administration (e.g., Cisco ISE, Palo Alto, Zscaler).
- Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for issue resolution and maintenance.
- Keep network documentation and configurations up to date.
- Provide L2/L3 support for network incidents and service requests.
- Contribute to network upgrade and improvement projects as needed.
Requirements - Must have
- Good English skills (B2 level or higher), both spoken and written, to work easily with international teams.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
- Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
- Working knowledge of routing (OSPF, EIGRP, or BGP).
- Experience with Cisco devices (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, WLC, ISE).
- Familiarity with network security and wireless technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with IT service processes (e.g., ITIL, change management).
Requirements - Nice to have
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Zscaler, or other network security tools.
- Experience working with vendors, tracking service levels, RMA.
- Networking certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
