at Onevision Marketing Consulting We are hiring a highly organized and analytical Chat Manager to oversee daily operations for our chat team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, KPIs, spreadsheets, and consistent routines.
Only applicants located in Europe will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Track daily chat performance and KPIs
- Maintain spreadsheets and reporting dashboards
- Monitor chatters and ensure SOPs are followed
- Provide daily feedback and accountability to the team
- Keep CRM and operational systems organized and optimized
Requirements
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys routine, structure, and data tracking
- Reliable, disciplined communicator
- Comfortable managing people and performance
- Able to turn instructions into clear, repeatable processes
- Bonus: experience in chat operations, customer support, or team management.

- You dislike spreadsheets or data
- You prefer creative tasks over analytical work
- You need frequent reminders
- You struggle with consistency or organization
