Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (Onsite)

Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday

Role Overview:
We’re looking for Remote Tech Support Agents to provide fast, reliable, and professional technical support to US customers. This role is customer-facing, hands-on, and requires strong problem-solving skills. You’ll help clients secure their devices, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth experience with CyberNoble365 services.

What You’ll Do:

Provide remote support for mobile devices, computers, and cybersecurity apps.
Troubleshoot technical issues using company protocols and remote tools.
Guide customers through problem resolution clearly and professionally in English.
Log and track all support interactions in the CRM accurately.
Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the IT and Product teams.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

What You Bring:

Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting for end-users.
English C1 level or higher (verbal and written) is essential.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, mobile devices, or computer systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
