Passion Studios is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Social Media Manager (Reels & Content Planning)

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to plan, organize, and oversee content production on TikTok and Instagram, with a strong focus on Reels. You will be responsible for developing engaging strategies, coordinating content execution, and monitoring results to ensure consistent growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Execution

Plan and organize Instagram Reels and TikTok content
Oversee execution and ensure alignment with brand image
Review and approve content before publishing
Track performance and suggest improvements

Onboarding & Training Support

Help onboard new creators with clear instructions and brand expectations
Provide tailored suggestions to align content with brand goals
Support creators in producing high-quality and engaging content

Strategy & Growth

Implement data-driven strategies to increase reach and engagement
Support creators in adapting to new trends on TikTok and Instagram
Ensure steady improvement of performance metrics

Team Coordination

Communicate with the creative and chat teams to align campaigns
Take part in 1:1 calls and group calls to track progress and discuss new ideas
Provide constructive feedback and approve final submissions

Skills & Qualifications

Perfect English (spoken and written)
High creativity and strong interest in social media trends
Strong organizational skills and ability to plan campaigns
Experience in social media management or content planning (preferred: degree in social media, marketing, or content planning)
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

What We Offer

Full-time role (8 hours per day, 5–6 days per week)
Competitive fixed salary progression:
Month 1: USD 1,000
Month 2: USD 1,250
Month 3 and onwards: USD 1,500
Additional performance bonuses, with total monthly earnings of USD 2,000–2,500+ achievable
