Responsible for managing breakfast & bakery related operations of assigned outlet. Implementing & facilitating cost effective work practices by managing food cost and driving revenue. You will also provide positive and collaborative leadership, focusing on providing support and development for the culinary team. This role requires a high level of autonomy and ability to drive results.

- Maintains a strict food cost percentage as specified by controlling portions I waste.
- Ensure the inventory of the month. Control closely operating equipment inventory.
- Ensure that high standards and productivity is delivered by each individual.
- Ensure updating monthly maintenance list in excel format with pictures and descriptions.
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and safety according to the HACCP rules & regulations.
- I knowledgeable of firefighting and evacuation procedures.
- Leads by example and stresses attention to details.
- Ensure that associates follow the kitchen standard rules.
- Ensure staff grooming & uniform standards are met.
- Manage the Bakery team effectively to ensure a well-organized and motivated team.
- Working hours are : early morning /night shifts

Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality Industry.
- Sociable, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Result Oriented, Cheerful & Smiley Personality, Active & Enthusiastic, Team Player.
- Guest-oriented, friendly and professional approach.
- Related work experience in an International Environment (is a preference).
