international patients.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Medical Program Coordinator to support Chinese-speaking clients throughout their
fertility journey.
This role involves coordinating medical programs, ensuring smooth communication between clients and
medical teams, and maintaining high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination:
- Oversee and coordinate medical programs in line with established protocols and standards.
- Organize consultations, tests, and medical procedures in collaboration with doctors and clinical staff.
- Client Communication:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing questions and ensuring clarity at every
- stage.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, service-oriented communication style.
Process & Documentation:
- Monitor program progress, timelines, and quality of services delivered.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and analytics for all assigned cases.
- Identify and suggest improvements based on client feedback or operational needs.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing to help promote and inform the target audience about available programs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Language proficiency: Mandarin (HSK 5–6), Russian or Ukrainian.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in program or project coordination is an advantage.
- Ability to work with documentation, reports, and CRM systems.
- Client-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving approach.
Working Conditions:
- Onsite role at the IVF Georgia clinic in Tbilisi.
- Part-time schedule.
- Probation period: 2 months
