HR Recruiting Agency is announcing a vacancy for the position of Senior HR Specialist for a company (industry of hospitality services) in Tbilisi.

Main job duties:

• To act as a HR business partner, ensuring adherence to Labor Law Ordinance;
• To support the creation of the annual HR plan in cooperation with business and HR department;
• To manage recruiting activities;
• To support initiating employee development programs;
• To provide assistance with monthly payroll processing and hr reporting;
• To facilitate the scheduling of training sessions and ensure all relevant parties are informed;
• To assist with onboarding new employees, conducting orientation and exit interviews;
• To completely follow the company’s current PDPL Poilicies (Policy on protection and processing of personal data).

Required Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• 2-3 years of working experience as an Hr manager/HR business partner/HR generalist;
• Experience of working with HRIS systems;
• Knowledge of English (at least B2 level).

Additional Information:

• Week schedule: 5 business days, 09:00-18:00;
• Company offers cell phone and phone limit;
• Transportation allowance: 500 Gel monthly.
