Responsibilities:

• Managing network infrastructure.
• Overseeing the integrity of server infrastructure data.
• Providing solutions for IT infrastructure upon request.
• Integrating new software and hardware into the casino environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in various IT systems, networks, and hardware, including servers, databases, and security protocols.
• In-depth knowledge of information security best practices, including data protection, encryption, and cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive information.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Experience in managing IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations, while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical staff and management.
• Capacity to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT operations, such as PCI DSS compliance for handling payment card data.
• Experience in evaluating, selecting, and managing external vendors and service providers to support IT infrastructure and services.
• Thoroughness in ensuring accuracy and precision in all IT-related tasks, documentation, and compliance procedures.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) may also be beneficial.
• Knowledge of English Language.
• Previous experience in IT management roles, preferably within the gaming industry, demonstrating progressively responsible leadership and technical expertise.
