We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position of Talent Acquisition Officer in Tbilisi, City Tower, 70 Vazha-Pshavela Ave.
Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for ensuring high-quality hiring across retail stores and head office roles by managing the full recruitment cycle, maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers, and supporting strategic workforce needs. The role also supports accurate HR administration for new joiners and ensures an excellent employee experience from attraction to onboarding.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and selection criteria.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and coordinating next steps.
- Attract talent through targeted job postings, social media channels, career pages, and external partners.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline and ensure high-quality documentation in all HR systems.
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience and act as a professional representative of the company.
- Support employer branding by participating in job fairs, university events, and preparing branded recruitment materials.
- Apply recruitment best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.
HR Onboarding & Administration
- Prepare and process onboarding documentation for new hires (store and office), ensuring completeness and compliance.
- Register and activate new employees in Oracle, RS.ge, and attendance systems; support employees with related issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information for payroll and HR reporting requirements.
- Ensure proper record-keeping for personnel files in line with internal policies and audit standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail or fast-paced environments
- Experience with HR systems (Oracle or similar) is an advantage
- Strong command of English and Georgian
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with regular interaction with store teams

- Occasional visits to remote operations in different cities within the country.
