- Create and develop the full menu with the team
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff
- Manage daily kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety
- Optimize processes and organize workflow
- Assist with purchasing and stock management if needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional chef / head chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability in Tbilisi
