Proxy Live Solutions are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality performance evaluations and promoting a culture of excellence. As a Performance Coach, you will be responsible for objective and precise evaluation of live operations staff and providing constructive feedback. You will be involved in the evaluation matrix creation and overseeing performance excellence across all Proxy Live Solutions studios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular and thorough evaluations of live operations staff, including game show hosts, game presenters, shufflers, and other Proxy Live Solutions talent.
• Utilize established evaluation matrix to assess performance in areas such as presentation skills, audience engagement, adherence to brand standards, and overall professionalism.
• Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback to Proxy Live Solutions talent, both in written and verbal form.
• Conduct coaching sessions and workshops for Operations personnel, including front-stage employees.
• Present and develop presentations pertaining to the Live Performance matters.
• Collaborate with management and training teams to develop and maintain an evaluation matrix, ensuring it remains relevant and reflects current industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all evaluations conducted and provide timely reports to management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in performance evaluation to continuously improve the evaluation process.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Carry out additional responsibilities, as requested by the direct managers, that are pertinent to the role and fulfil the necessary qualifications.
• Conduct training sessions for newly hired Performance Coaches.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Proven ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional manner.
• Applicants with a strong background in make-up, including advanced knowledge of techniques and product expertise, will be highly valued for the role.
• Experience in the gambling industry and knowledge of live games is considered an advantage.
• Ability to remain objective and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work on various shifts, night shifts, and public holidays.
• Excellent level of English (B2 and higher), both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and be involved in personal development.
• A consistently sound level of judgment and professional conduct.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools would be considered as advantage.
