Casino International at Hilton Batumi is opening a vacancy on the position of Event Manager.

Job Summary: The Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating all events within the casino, including promotions, tournaments, VIP experiences, entertainment programs, and private functions.

Manager’s Responsibilities & Essential Duties:

• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, special events, and tournaments to maximize participation.
• Develop annual event calendars aligned with marketing and revenue goals.
• Plan and execute casino promotions, slot tournaments, table games tournaments, raffles, entertainment nights, and seasonal events.
• Prepare event concepts, briefs, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee event setup, staging, decoration, equipment, and logistics.
• Conduct pre-event meetings and assign responsibilities to internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during events.
• Ensure events deliver premium guest service aligned with Casino International standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors, entertainment groups, hosts, decorators, and media partners to promote casino events and offers.
• Support digital, print, and in-house promotional campaigns.
• Ensure accurate distribution of promotional information to guests and staff.
• Prepare event budgets and track costs vs. revenue impact.
• Recommend improvements and new event concepts based on results.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in casino, hospitality, or entertainment marketing;
• Experience working with vendors, entertainers, and promotional agencies;
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
• Strong event planning and project management skills;
• Strong communication and leadership skills;
• Guest-focused mindset with hospitality experience
• Highly responsible and attentive to details;
