We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Customer Care Service Specialist.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way (chats/e-mails)
• Assist in solving customer problems and current issues
• Knowledge of the admin area, the ability to use all the provided tools (training)
• Make daily reports
• Work from a comfortable office
• Working on a shift schedule 2/2 (shift 12 hours, alternation of day and night shifts)

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Russian (B2+)
• Experienced PC user
• Stress tolerance
• Self-organization
• Soft-skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally
• Team player with customer oriented mindset

Nice to have:
Experience in Customer Service will be a plus
