About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to provide technical support to company users, maintain IT infrastructure, administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services, and ensure the reliable operation and security of hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT contact for users, resolving IT incidents and service requests in accordance with IT procedures.
• Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, Exchange, SharePoint permissions, user accounts, access rights, and security policies.
• Install and configure hardware and software for end users, including onboarding and training new employees.
• Troubleshoot laptops, monitors, printers, Wi-Fi routers, cabling, UPS devices, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records, including equipment handover documentation.
• Investigate and resolve reported cybersecurity incidents.
• Manage Microsoft servers, Cisco network infrastructure, cloud services, and VPN.
• Deploy and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems, server virtualization, VMware environments, and virtual machine backup and recovery.
• Administer Intune MDM, Azure AD, Exchange, certificates, DLP, and other security policies.
• Manage and configure HP servers, RAID controllers, and high-availability technologies.
• Recommend IT solutions to meet business requirements and contribute to technical review meetings.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues of varying complexity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or at least two years of relevant experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar IT or telecommunications role.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Engineer in a medium-sized or large company.
• Fluency in English and Georgian, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune MDM, Azure AD, Exchange, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, server virtualization, VMware, and virtual machine backup and recovery.
• Knowledge of networking, VPN, and VoIP technologies; Cisco experience is preferred.
• Experience with HP servers, RAID controllers, and client-server infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices, including firewalls, encryption, BitLocker, secure VPN, and anti-phishing solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• The following certifications and skills are advantageous:
• Microsoft Azure certifications (MCPA, MCAA, or equivalent).
• ITIL certification.
• Cisco certification, such as CCNA.
• Experience with scripting languages and data analytics tools.
