As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Procurement Manager to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage local and international procurement processes based on the company's production requirements.

• Search for new suppliers, request quotations, compare offers, and negotiate prices and delivery terms.
• Maintain communication with existing suppliers and develop long-term business relationships.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other products.
• Calculate raw material requirements based on production needs and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Manage the procurement of consumables, spare parts, and other materials required for production.
• Organize and coordinate the delivery of samples for testing and approval.
• Enter and update product specifications, technical characteristics, and material information in the ERP system.
• Create and maintain product and material codes in the system.
• Maintain an updated supplier database and procurement records.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues, defective materials, and documentation discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality control, and other departments on procurement-related matters.
• Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in local and international procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of international trade procedures and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.
• Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
• Location: Kvemo Alekseevka, Tbilisi (near Tbilisi International Airport).
• Transportation: Company transportation is provided from the upper exit of Samgori Metro Station.
• Meals: Free lunch provided by the company.
• Health Insurance: Provided after a 3-month probation period.
