We are looking for a proactive, organized Marketing Manager to lead marketing across several digital businesses.

The role combines marketing planning, team coordination and performance monitoring. We need someone who takes ownership, sets clear priorities and follows tasks through to completion.

Some projects involve adult content. Candidates must be comfortable working with this sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans with clear goals, timelines and budgets for each project.
• Coordinate SEO specialists, social media specialists, designers and external freelancers.
• Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, review deliverables and ensure accountability.
• Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements based on results.
• Oversee SEO priorities, content planning and organic growth.
• Create or adapt visual content in Canva when needed.
• Maintain marketing calendars and task trackers.
• Report regularly on progress, results, challenges and next steps.
• Take initiative and resolve problems independently.

Requirements

• Exprience in digital marketing and marketing team management.
• Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media and performance measurement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Practical Canva skills.
• Russian and English language knowledge on B2 level is required.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Ownership, reliability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on projects involving adult content.
• Able to work as an independent contractor, sign a service agreement and issue valid invoices.

What we offer

• A fully remote position.

• Monthly compensation of GEL 1,200, with an increase after successful completion of the probation period of 3 months.
