We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join Petra Group in Tbilisi.

The role will involve working closely with different departments and supporting the company’s ongoing marketing, sales, project, and corporate communication needs. We are looking for someone who can not only work with assigned tasks, but also proactively suggest visual concepts and creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials, including brochures, presentations, social media creatives, digital advertisements, flyers, banners, and other marketing and corporate materials;
• Create visual content for the company’s digital and offline communication channels;
• Develop and maintain visual identities for Petra Group and its existing and new projects;
• Prepare visual materials for sales activities, project launches, exhibitions, events, presentations, and corporate communications;
• Work closely with Sales, Development, HR, Management, and external partners on design-related requests;
• Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure materials meet professional production requirements;
• Coordinate design materials for print and production when required;
• Research current graphic design trends and proactively suggest new visual concepts and solutions;
• Ensure consistency of Petra Group’s visual identity across all communication channels and materials;
• Manage several design projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
• Knowledge of Figma will be considered an advantage;
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, color theory, and visual communication principles;
• Experience in preparing files for professional print production;
• Strong creative thinking and excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required;
• Fluency in Georgian is required. Good command of English and/or Russian is also required. Preference will be given to candidates who speak all three languages.
