Scope of the Role
The OTA Manager (Online Travel Agency Manager) is responsible for managing the hotel's presence and performance across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and other online distribution channels. The role focuses on maximizing online revenue, maintaining rate parity, optimizing content and promotions, and ensuring strong visibility of the hotel across all booking platforms.

- Manage the hotel's accounts on OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Trip.com, etc.).
- Monitor room availability, pricing, and rate parity across all online channels.
- Coordinate promotions and special offers with OTA partners.
- Optimize hotel content, photos, descriptions, and guest-facing information on all platforms.
- Analyze booking trends, pickup reports, and channel performance.
- Work closely with the Revenue Manager to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor competitors' pricing and market positioning.
- Resolve OTA-related operational issues and partner inquiries.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Reservations, Revenue, E-commerce, or OTA management.
- Knowledge of OTA platforms and Channel Manager systems.
- Experience with PMS and Revenue Management Systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent English.
