We invite our experienced Corporate Sales Executive team who will proactively identify business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel targets and revenue growth.
Core duties and responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports using CRM systems
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum experience in B2B or corporate sales.
- Knowledge of Opera cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and account management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
