We invite our experienced Group & MICE Sales Executive team who will proactively identify business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel targets and revenue growth.

Core duties and responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Group & MICE segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and business partners.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements.
  • Handle inquiries for group bookings, meetings, conferences, and special events from initial contact through contract confirmation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the successful planning and execution of events.
  • Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations.
  • Negotiate rates and contractual terms to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Participate in sales calls, networking events, trade shows, and industry exhibitions as required.

Requirements and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or MICE sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel PMS and CRM systems is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset.
