IKG Team is seeking a friendly, service-oriented, and highly organized Workspace Administrator to be the face of our office and ensure an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and guests. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient office environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the workspace. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, takes pride in maintaining a well-organized and comfortable workplace, and proactively addresses office needs before they arise. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a hospitality mindset, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding internal customer service.

- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage reception and front-desk activities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming emails, and coordinating guest arrivals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional office environment, ensuring all workplace facilities are operating efficiently.
- Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and household supplies, maintaining appropriate inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate office services and maintenance activities, liaising with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Support workplace hospitality by organizing refreshments, meeting room preparation, and employee events.
- Assist employees with office-related requests and provide prompt support to ensure a positive workplace experience.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, transportation, and guest logistics when required.
- Manage meeting rooms, workspace allocations, and common areas to ensure an efficient and comfortable working environment.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including workspace preparation and office orientation.
- Maintain administrative records, invoices, and office-related documentation as required.
- Assist the Administration and Operations teams with various coordination and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Preferable Bachelor’s degree; any additional qualifications or certifications in Administration or Secretarial studies will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Native proficiency in Georgian and advanced knowledge of English.
