General Requirements:

• Answers telephones using appropriate etiquette, speaks using professional language.
• Assists the Hotel guests to meet and exceed their needs.
• Provides information regarding the Hotel’s services and policies.
• Logs and reflects guest comments and feedback received throughout the day in the appropriate reports.

Candidate Profile (Education and Experience)

• Communicates effectively in English. Additional language skills is a preference.
• Excellent Communication & Time Management skills;
• Related work experience in an International Environment (is a preference).
