Role Summary
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property.
- Constantly present at the main entrance during allocated “doorman” period.
- Accommodates guests by making them feel welcome, informed, and cared for during the entire length of their stay.
- During the “Bellman” allocated work period, conducts Bell service activities such as luggage service upon guest’s arrival and departure, luggage storage, message service, parcel and mail hand-over, information service and other related tasks.
- Is responsible for the cleanliness of the entire hotel entrance and immediate lobby area, and the surrounding environment.
- Assists in arranging guest transportation in absence of Concierge.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Georgian and ideally another international language.
- Can multi-task, is team oriented and work diligently to resolve issues when they arise
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
- Experience in the respective field
- Experience of working in International Environment is preferred
- Experience of working in Luxury Tier Hotels is a definite plus
