Flowzz is looking for an SEO & Content Specialist to help strengthen our digital presence across several health and wellness projects. The role will focus on driving organic growth, optimizing internal linking structures, expanding content opportunities, and improving our backlink profile.

Responsibilities:

• Improve the SEO performance through targeted keyword strategies, technical optimization, and content growth.
• Optimize internal linking structure for better navigation and crawlability.
• Coordinate and streamline PR publications to ensure a steady flow of high-quality backlinks.
• Set up and maintain GA4 tracking and GTM configurations, including monitoring conversion elements and heat maps.
• Research and identify new backlink sources, focusing on high-value domains.
• Develop and oversee content production opportunities such as content clusters and dedicated sections.
• Support the creation of “satellite” websites (minimum of 2 per year, depending on dev team resources).
• Collaborate with the studio team for mass image production when needed.

Requirements:

• A conversational level of English is required (the team is international)
• Strong on-page SEO knowledge
• Solid understanding of off-page SEO
• Familiarity with CRO fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heat mapping tools
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
• Proficiency in German is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience working in the health, wellness, or medical niche
• Prior SEO experience targeting German markets

Location: Kostava street, Tbilisi, Georgia (on-site)
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM
