As an Operations Customer Expert, you will support our customers by answering questions and resolving issues. You will have a key connection between our company and our valued customers — and an important part of our success.

What We’re Looking For

• Russian language skills C1+ (spoken & written required)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with different customer types
• Good computer skills + fast typing
• Familiarity with iOS and MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
• Work from office is obligatory

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from customers
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional support in Russian and English
• Update and maintain customer data
• Comprehensive clarification and troubleshooting of customer queries
• Work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience
• Recruitment Process

Our selection process consists of several stages:

• Phone interview (language and motivation screening)
• Assessment Center / interview stage & written Assignment
• Final decision and offer
