We are seeking a Russian and English-Speaking Operations Customer Experts to join our team in Tbilisi.

What We’re Looking For
- Russian language skills C1+ (spoken & written required)
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with different customer types
- Good computer skills + fast typing
- Familiarity with iOS and MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Work from office is obligatory
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from customers
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional support in Russian and English
- Update and maintain customer data
- Comprehensive clarification and troubleshooting of customer queries
- Work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience
- Recruitment Process
Our selection process consists of several stages:
- Phone interview (language and motivation screening)
- Assessment Center / interview stage & written Assignment
- Final decision and offer
