MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Videographer
We are hiring Videographer professionals to join an exciting international real estate project in Tbilisi — Mira Verde.
The project includes premium residences, townhouses, villas, and landscaped gardens, targeting an international audience of brokers and investors.
You’ll be working closely with a compact on-site team, producing high-volume, engaging content that supports social media growth and pre-sales marketing efforts.
This is a dynamic 2-in-1 position combining both shooting and editing.
Every few days, you’ll work with visiting international brokers (mainly from Dubai), creating personalised short-form video content for their social media.
Key responsibilities:
The project includes premium residences, townhouses, villas, and landscaped gardens, targeting an international audience of brokers and investors.
You’ll be working closely with a compact on-site team, producing high-volume, engaging content that supports social media growth and pre-sales marketing efforts.

Every few days, you’ll work with visiting international brokers (mainly from Dubai), creating personalised short-form video content for their social media.
Key responsibilities:
- Film and edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Create individual videos for brokers (personal branding content)
- Produce developer-focused promotional videos
- Work with fast-paced, high-volume content production (90% social content)
- Use templates to efficiently scale video production
- Capture on-location footage (project site, office, surrounding areas)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align content with messaging
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Georgian (Russian is a strong plus)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / VN
- Experience with color correction and basic sound design
- Proven experience in short-form video production
- Strong commercial portfolio
- Own equipment is preferred, but not mandatory (shooting on iPhone is acceptable)
- Strong visual taste and creativity
- Highly self-driven and proactive
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible with changing locations and shooting conditions
- Able to manage both filming and editing independently
